We don't have time to feed ourselves - Is just an EXCUSE!!!!!!!!

    IT'S JUST WE,WHO ARE INVOLVED IN CREATING OURSELVES..........

While planning a diet plan for someone,one dietitian needs to go through a long lists of many aspects.
But,when it comes to the Client/Patient/Follower - They just have to follow it religiously.

The very common EXCUSE which I hear is - I DON'T HAVE TIME TO MANAGE IT ALL.
Sincerely speaking,I too sometimes say these things but not for my food or health wise.
It's related to unnecessary outings,parties,hangouts etc. of these.

If we can't manage time to take care of ourselves now,then later on MEDICINE/PILLS will take care.

CHOICE IS COMPLETELY YOURS!!!!!!




     I manage somehow,to have that colorful mid-meal with my colleagues in between our working            hours.
                                                     It's the requirement!!!!!

Geriatric Counselling - What they need is your Love & Care!

                     When a person starts getting old,the emotions which were embedded inside from such a long time starts layering up. 



These emotions then turn into Crankiness,Childish Behaviour.
Hunger Pangs Start their work OR there isn't any hunger at all.  
Sometimes,they demand for very unhealthy food and sometimes they don't want to eat anything.
Sometimes,they want to talk and sometimes they enjoy their own company.
Sometimes,they want things to be done according to them & Sometimes they don't want to interfere.

This is all about the fact that they need your ATTENTION,LOVE,CARE.
Whenever I talk to my patients/clients of older age,I feel how they are feeling.
I love to interact,I love to see the smile, as you can see the smile on her face 😊 in the picture above too.
You believe me or not,when you start giving them your attention,care,love even for few minutes they will abide by your words & will start getting better.

So,the one who are dealing with elderly patients/clients,should keep this in mind.

😊 American Author Mark Twain remarked,"Comparison is the death of joy".
Sometimes,even we compare in terms of wanting to be like others in terms of looks,the way we dress up,the way we behave.








We forget our own unique traits and struggle to ape our peers.
More often than not,we end up making a bad show of ourselves.
There's nothing wrong having an icon in one's life and draw inspiration from,but starting to compare & get worried is something unacceptable..........

So,when it comes to food.People do compare the eating habits of one with the other.
They start following other people blindly thinking that they will get the same results,but you are a different person,comparing and feeding yourself on the basis of comparison isn't a wise thing to be forwarded with.

FEED YOUR BODY ACCORDING TO YOUR BODY BASE........................DON'T COMPARE!!







Comparisons pull you down,lessen your self-confidence and add nothing to your persona.
You will start doubting your own abilities & stop working on your strengths.


The best method is to be yourself and be comfortable in your own skin.
